The “ LIGHT” film documentary details the life and work of World Famous Albanian Photographer Gjon Mili. From his beginnings as an immigrant arriving in America, to the application of his innovative and pioneering techniques in photography, via his encounters with statesmen and celebrities, this study also examines his celebrated stop-motion photograph of a single drop of water as it falls and finally splashes... the very essence of life. The fascinating art of photography is revealed through Gjon Mili’s very own artistic and human dimension. His story is told through former “LIFE” photographers and engineers from MIT at the two important venues which Gjon Mili held to be extremely significant for himself.. Written by Yllka Gjollesha and Suela Bako, based on playwright Jean Paul Sartre’s essay.
